Avout’s Chris Ostrowski to Lead Group Hack-A-Thon Competition at Kscope 14

This year at Kscope, ODTUG is offering students a chance to find out what employers are looking for, and ODTUG invited Avout's Chris Ostrowski to host what we think is the funnest part of the agenda: A Hack-a-Thon! Students will divide into teams and compete against each other to build an application using Oracle Application Express that simulates a landing page for a new and exciting game company. Extra points will be given for creative designs and mobile-specific functionality.

Judges will be:

  • Cameron McClurg, Hyperion Lead at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center
  • Amy Del Rosario, Hyperion Consulting Specialist at ADR Analytics
  • Jon Harvey, Oracle EPM Practice Lead at eCapital Advisors, LLC
  • Danny Bryant, Oracle ERP Technical Manager at City of Atlanta and former Oracle Academy Adjunct Instructor

Kscope is June 22-26 in Seattle, Washington. Sign up and join us!
