This presentation will consist of live demonstrations of all new major features of Oracle Application Express 4.2, including:

• Enhanced themes and HTML templates to enable developers to declaratively create mobile applications and/or mobile pages
• HTML 5 charting capabilities
• Enhanced Web Services functionality including the ability to provide declarative services specification of RESTful Web services mapped to SQL and PL/SQL
• Application deployment features providing enhanced capabilities for packaging and distributing APEX applications to improve protection of intellectual property rights and ease customization
